Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMY2WP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBMY2WP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF252P, PRDM9, and SLC1A6. Each is linked with RBMY2WP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMY2WP-to-partner and partner-to-RBMY2WP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF252P grouped by RBMY2WP-low versus RBMY2WP-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMY2WP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMY2WP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
