Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBMY2WP RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBMY2WP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RBMY2WP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBMY2WP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

TGCT and LGG are the cancer types where RBMY2WP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
