Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMY2JP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,268 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBMY2JP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport between endosomal compartments, Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Regulation of telomerase activity. Each is linked with RBMY2JP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMY2JP-to-partner and partner-to-RBMY2JP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
