Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBMY2JP RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBMY2JP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RBMY2JP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBMY2JP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

THCA, HNSC, and ACC are the cancer types where RBMY2JP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
