Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBMY2FP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBMY2FP data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher RBMY2FP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBMY2FP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG are the cancer types where RBMY2FP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
