Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMY1HP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBMY1HP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM222B, GABRB3, and UBE2I. Each is linked with RBMY1HP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMY1HP-to-partner and partner-to-RBMY1HP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM222B grouped by RBMY1HP-low versus RBMY1HP-high in HNSC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMY1HP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMY1HP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
