Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBMY1HP RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBMY1HP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RBMY1HP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBMY1HP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
