Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBMY1A3P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBMY1A3P data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RBMY1A3P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBMY1A3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and TGCT show a favorable association.

COAD, LIHC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RBMY1A3P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
