RBMXL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMXL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,067 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMXL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF17, AKAP12_S1226, and GIT2. Each is linked with RBMXL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMXL3-to-partner and partner-to-RBMXL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMXL3 versus ARHGEF17 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMXL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMXL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
