RBMX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBMX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMX-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACR3, EBF2, and KCNG4. Each is linked with RBMX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMX-to-partner and partner-to-RBMX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TACR3 grouped by RBMX-low versus RBMX-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMX→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
