RBMS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBMS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,350 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBMS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, PPFIBP1, and FHL3. Each is linked with RBMS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBMS2-to-partner and partner-to-RBMS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBMS2 versus PDLIM7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBMS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBMS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
