Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM7P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,952 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM7P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNA3_S60, MAP1B_S995, and RANBP2_S837. Each is linked with RBM7P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM7P1-to-partner and partner-to-RBM7P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
