Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM7P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBM7P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RBM7P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM7P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LUAD show a favorable association.
MESO, TGCT, and CESC are the cancer types where RBM7P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
