Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM7P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,385 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM7P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation by eIF2 alpha phosphorylation, Citrate metabolic process, and Vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with RBM7P1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM7P1-to-partner and partner-to-RBM7P1 results are reported.
