Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP188, PACRG-AS2, and MIR4667. Each is linked with RBM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM7-to-partner and partner-to-RBM7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP188 grouped by RBM7-low versus RBM7-high in SKCM.
