Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,729 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAIP, PHIP, and RAD54L2. Each is linked with RBM6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM6-to-partner and partner-to-RBM6 results are reported.
