RBM4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,335 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, CHAMP1, and SIN3A. Each is linked with RBM4B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM4B-to-partner and partner-to-RBM4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM4B versus POGZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
