RBM47

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,414 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLINT1, GAK, and ARFIP1. Each is linked with RBM47 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM47-to-partner and partner-to-RBM47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM47 versus CLINT1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM47→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
