Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM47 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBM47 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RBM47 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM47 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.
KIRC, SKCM, and HNSC are the cancer types where RBM47 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
