RBM47

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM47 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,528 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM47-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYDE1, ADAM19, and ZEB1. Each is linked with RBM47 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM47-to-partner and partner-to-RBM47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM47 versus SYDE1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM47→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
