RBM47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM47-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-18P, FAM177A1, and NKAPD1. Each is linked with RBM47 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM47-to-partner and partner-to-RBM47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-18P grouped by RBM47-low versus RBM47-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM47→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
