RBM47

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM47 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 695 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM47-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINGO4, BPIFB6, and CCDC105. Each is linked with RBM47 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM47-to-partner and partner-to-RBM47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINGO4 grouped by RBM47-low versus RBM47-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM47→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
