RBM46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM46-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, BCL2L2-PABPN1, and RCC1. Each is linked with RBM46 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM46-to-partner and partner-to-RBM46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by RBM46-low versus RBM46-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM46→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
