Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,845 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM44-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS26, MRPL33, and PLXND1. Each is linked with RBM44 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM44-to-partner and partner-to-RBM44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM44 versus MRPS26 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM44→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
