Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM44 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBM44 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RBM44 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM44 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PAAD show a favorable association.

BLCA, LUSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RBM44 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
