Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM44 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM44-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Ku80, and ASNS. Each is linked with RBM44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM44-to-partner and partner-to-RBM44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by RBM44-low versus RBM44-high in UCEC.
