Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,744 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of pinocytosis, Otolith mineralization, and Response to UV. Each is linked with RBM44 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM44-to-partner and partner-to-RBM44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of pinocytosis grouped by RBM44-low versus RBM44-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
