Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM44 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM44-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL4, BET1, and PMP22. Each is linked with RBM44 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM44-to-partner and partner-to-RBM44 results are reported.
