Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 761 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, CPSF7, and CHEK1. Each is linked with RBM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM3-to-partner and partner-to-RBM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by RBM3-low versus RBM3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
