Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,881 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPK2, KIF20B, and EP400. Each is linked with RBM28 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM28-to-partner and partner-to-RBM28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM28 versus SRPK2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
