RBM26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,874 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM26-associated genes across cancer lineages are FH, LARP1BP3, and GCAT. Each is linked with RBM26 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM26-to-partner and partner-to-RBM26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FH grouped by RBM26-low versus RBM26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM26→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
