Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,542 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, Microtubule polymerization, and Nuclear export. Each is linked with RBM26 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM26-to-partner and partner-to-RBM26 results are reported.
