RBM25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,527 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, DNTTIP1, and IRF2BPL. Each is linked with RBM25 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM25-to-partner and partner-to-RBM25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM25 versus UBR7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM25→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
