Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,922 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are GEMIN2, POLE2, and VCPKMT. Each is linked with RBM23 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM23-to-partner and partner-to-RBM23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM23 versus GEMIN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
