RBM23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER2_pY1248, C-Raf_pS338, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with RBM23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM23-to-partner and partner-to-RBM23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER2_pY1248 grouped by RBM23-low versus RBM23-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
