Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,563 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Nuclear transport. Each is linked with RBM23 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM23-to-partner and partner-to-RBM23 results are reported.
