Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM23-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA12, OPRPN, and IL9. Each is linked with RBM23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM23-to-partner and partner-to-RBM23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA12 grouped by RBM23-low versus RBM23-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
