Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM20-associated genes across cancer lineages are C22orf31, RAB40AL, and CHKA. Each is linked with RBM20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM20-to-partner and partner-to-RBM20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
