Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,070 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM19-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAIP, ABCA9, and ABCA6. Each is linked with RBM19 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM19-to-partner and partner-to-RBM19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM19 versus TRAIP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
