RBM17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM17-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTRT1, FCN2, and CCDC42. Each is linked with RBM17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM17-to-partner and partner-to-RBM17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTRT1 grouped by RBM17-low versus RBM17-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
