Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM15B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBM15B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RBM15B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM15B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, LIHC, and STAD are the cancer types where RBM15B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
