RBM15B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM15B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,677 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM15B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBRM1, DCAF1, and UBP1. Each is linked with RBM15B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM15B-to-partner and partner-to-RBM15B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM15B versus PBRM1 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM15B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM15B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
