Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBM15B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 614 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM15B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSTN, MSH4, and GAGE2A. Each is linked with RBM15B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM15B-to-partner and partner-to-RBM15B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSTN grouped by RBM15B-low versus RBM15B-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM15B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM15B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
