RBM11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,038 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SNRPD3, and TOP3B. Each is linked with RBM11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM11-to-partner and partner-to-RBM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
