Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBM11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RBM11 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RBM11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBM11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and PAAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, BRCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where RBM11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
