RBM11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, HER2_pY1248, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with RBM11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM11-to-partner and partner-to-RBM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
