Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,581 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUV39H1, CCDC22, and RBM14. Each is linked with RBM10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM10-to-partner and partner-to-RBM10 results are reported.
