Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,400 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUV39H1, C1orf112, and F13A1. Each is linked with RBM10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM10-to-partner and partner-to-RBM10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RBM10 versus SUV39H1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
