Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,655 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS5, RNPEP, and NEIL3. Each is linked with RBM10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM10-to-partner and partner-to-RBM10 results are reported.
