Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RBM10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RBM10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBM10-to-partner and partner-to-RBM10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by RBM10-low versus RBM10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RBM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RBM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
